We’re all about that superpower combination of Spunk & Soul, a spirit and zest for life plus purpose to Shine Your Life BRIGHT.

I created Spunk & Soul while going through an obstacle in my path that led to some realizations. It was cancer treatment and the journey made me want to live more fully and help others do the same. It also made me realize that it’s our perspective that matters most, and with the right frame of mind we can still win the day in spite of our obstacles.
