5 Great Ways to Find Joy in Everyday Life

Joy is a state of mind and here are the top five ways to find joy in the day even in the most difficult times.

·  Start the day with the right mindset. Every morning set an intention for how you want to feel and be throughout the day and focus on the things you will do to make that happen. Feel free to use our Morning Mindset Planner to kick off your day.

·  Stay grounded in who you are. No matter the circumstances in your life, the one constant is who you are and how you reflect that in your daily life through words and actions. Be grounded in your values and beliefs and the things you stand for. Embrace your beautiful light within and joy will radiate from there.

·  Embrace gratitude. Feeling grateful for the good things in your life leads to a more positive mindset that creates good energy around you. Think about what you’re grateful for in your life, voice at least five things, and make that a daily ritual.

·  Find something to do every day that brings you joy. Whatever it is that makes you happy, incorporate that into your day. It could be spending time with family, friends or your beloved pet, or an activity you love or a hobby that brings you joy. Whatever it is, make sure to include at least one thing in your day.

·  Find a way to help someone and turn your focus to giving to others. It could be as simple as a check-in call on someone in need, a random act of kindness, or getting groceries for an elderly neighbor. Helping others can fill the soul with goodness and make a huge difference in other people’s lives.

Because of the bustle and distractions of daily life, having joy in the day can simply be accomplished by remembering to focus on it. When we make a concerted effort to train our attention on joy in our lives, that’s when we give way to making it happen. Having reminders and rituals for this are important.

That’s the purpose of our products, to function as the reminders we need, such as the Masks for Joy, that when wearing the daisy face masks remind us to have joy, positivity and light.
